Cancellation Policy – Gujvilla®

At Gujvilla Bags®, we strive to process every order quickly to ensure timely delivery. Our Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which an order can be cancelled.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

You may request to cancel your order under the following conditions:

a. Before Production Begins

• You can cancel the order within 12 hours of placing it.
• If production or customization has not started, the order will be cancelled and the full amount will be refunded.

b. After Production Begins

• Once the production, printing, or customization process has started, orders cannot be cancelled.
• This applies to all custom-made jute, canvas, cotton, and promotional bags.

2. Cancellation of Bulk / Customized Orders

• If raw materials have been purchased or production has started, cancellation is not allowed.
• In special cases approved by management, a partial deduction may apply to cover costs already incurred.

3. Cancellation by Gujvilla Bags®

We reserve the right to cancel an order due to:

• Unavailability of raw materials
• Technical issues
• Incorrect pricing
• Payment failure
• Fraudulent or suspicious transactions

In such cases, customers will receive a full refund.

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
