Return & Refund Policy

Refund & Return Policy – Gujvilla®

At Gujvilla®, we aim to deliver high-quality, customized, and eco-friendly products. Customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags/packaging intact.
  • The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains, and with non-tampered quality check seals / warranty seals (wherever applicable).
  • The product’s original packaging / box or bag should be included, if possible.

Note: Since most of our bags are customized as per customer requirements, returns for customization preferences or change of mind are not accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Customized, printed, or personalized products
  • Used or damaged items caused after delivery
  • Products without original packaging
  • Clearance or discounted sale items

3. Reporting an Issue

To request a return or refund, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with:

  • Order number
  • Photos or video of the damaged/incorrect item
  • Description of the issue

Our team will review the request and respond within 24–48 hours.


4. Replacement Policy

If approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement of the same item
  • Or, if the product is unavailable, a similar product of equal value

Replacements will be processed after the original item is returned (if required).


5. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only when:

  • The product is out of stock and cannot be replaced
  • The order was cancelled before production started
  • There is a valid claim of manufacturing defect and replacement is not possible

Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5–7 business days after approval.


6. Return Shipping

  • If the mistake is on our side (wrong, defective, or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the customer sends back an item without approval, we are not responsible for any lost or rejected returns.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before production begins.
  • Once the production or customization process has started, orders cannot be cancelled.
