• Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, size, and delivery location.
• For bulk orders, transport charges may vary and will be communicated before dispatch.
• Any additional Octroi, local taxes, or entry charges will be borne by the customer.

If the customer is unavailable or the address is incorrect:
• The parcel may be returned to us
• Re-delivery charges will apply
