Delivery

We ship all across India, including metro and remote locations where courier services are available.
All orders are shipped with a tracking number for easy tracking.
Free shipping is available for orders above ₹3,000.

During sale periods or promotional events, delivery may take longer than usual.

Return

Gujvilla Bags® accepts returns or exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect products
within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and unsoiled.
• Original packaging and tags/seals must be intact.
• Customized or personalized bags cannot be returned.

Returns are usually processed within 5–7 business days.
Once completed, you will receive a Return Notification email.
Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 1–3 business days.
